Fastzook3.0: I have mixed feelings about this product.ProsThe size and design of the drawers is great; I can fit everything in which I love. From a distance the box looks lovely really nice in fact. Very elegant and is a centre peice of my chest of drawers. From afar it looks expensiveConsGet close up and you see that it is a box covered with a white maybe plastic/leatherette type material which is cut very badly around the drawer openings so it is actually quite cheap and tacky; a bit like a Blue Peter project! The gaps between each drawer are also very uneven which adds to the cheapness.Overall it’s fit for purpose – I have all of my jewellery in it but I’m a bit embarrassed to show it to my friends!!
Saray5.0: Cuando lo estaba esperando pensé es un poco caro no se si devolverlo. Pero una vez lo coloque en el sitio que tenía pensado y toda la bisuteria dentro y ordenanda. Pensé ha sido un acierto. Lo necesitaba por espacio y pude anular 3 joyeros grandes que me ocupaban un sitio que necesitaba.
FestiveLady4.0: I like the utilitarian ‘clean’ lines filing cabinet look. The “faux leather” relief pattern is too indiscernible to make you think of leather but that’s just marketing. It’s overpriced considering that only three drawers come divided into sections AND you can’t buy extra dividers. But you can obtain more dividers this way:1. Buy the same Songmics jewellery box again and swap the drawers as wished. Sometimes available 2ndhand at Amazon Warehouse.2. Try “mDesign Elegant Plastic Jewellery Box with Drawers” ASIN B0160CLK96 currently 15quid25 – 3 removeable square inserts soft for jewellery storage each divided differently for small items. They reach neatly to the top of the inside of a Songmics drawer.3. Do your own search for similar to 2. above: the interior useable Songmics drawer space is approx. 257mm wide 182mm deep 24/25mm high 305mm diagonally.
A K3.0: I bought this SONGMICS jewellery box 25 years ago. The design is really nice all is great apart from one huge problem: The silver jewellery I have all gone bad gone dark lost their colour and now have a really horrible appearance to the point I have to throw them away (i don’t wear gold so can’t say what would happen to other precious alloy metals). I suspect it’s due to the velvety nature of the inside of the drawers I guess it absorbs more mositure from the air and makes an unsuitable for jewellery conditions especially for Sterling Silver. Because all my silver and other metal jewellery (some of them the same designs and materials – I have quite a lot of my favourite jewellery items in double quantities ) are all ok being in just plastic storage cases. So yeah… I wouldn’t recommend.. Especially now it’s gone up in the price so much! If anything It should cost not more than £5 in my opinion so people can buy more of jewellery that they had to throw away due to this issue.
Kazza3.0: This item was received with the damage shown in the photo – the packaging was undamaged so this jewellery box has been wrapped and posted with this damage – how on Earth could that happen??Amazon is brilliant with returns of course so it isn’t a problem and I have to admit that I’ve ordered a replacement with the same item even though i don’t think it’s value for the cost i really like the 10 drawers without lots of fittings so i can store everything i want in the one place.
