Je me permets de vous contacter au sujet de votre nouveau système easy fix du sc3. Je viens d’acheter un deuxième appareil sc3 et si je n’ai jamais eu de problème avec l’ancien système à pince j’en suis à mon deuxième achat du set de nettoyage easy fix qui à chaque fois casse au même endroit (voir photo) donc je pense qu’il y a une réelle faiblesse sur ce principe au niveau de l’articulation. A raison de 36 euros le pied je vais arriver à moitié du prix de mon appareil pour pouvoir continuer à l’utiliser pour le lavage de mes sols c’est décevant pour un tel appareil et inhabituel sur les produits karcher !!

I have the sc2 model even though I have had it for quite a while can’t say I used it on floors until now. I find it wets the floors no soaks the floor. Just bought the new head and cloth to see if that was bettereasy to use and a better clean but omg again its left the floor soaked. So around the house toilets sinks around taps etc I find it very good but unless you willing to run a dry mop after use on floors or wait ages for the floor to dry I cant recommend this steamer

I have the Karcher C2 which had a pretty useless floor head with the cloth rucking underneath causing the head to scratch over the floor. I have struggled with it for years so was delighted to see that a new compatible head and cloth was available. It has transformed the use of the floor tool and makes a fantastic job of my kitchen tiles. My heart doesn’t sink anymore when I know the floor needs done I just know how easy it’s going to be.

This is such an improvement over the old floppy cloth version. It does fit my older original Karcher steam cleaner despite Karcher saying it did not!A great investment and update…

Fits on existing Karcher and is much easier to use than the old design. The cloth fits easily and doesn’t come off in use. Will buy more cloths as they can be difficult to clean completely. However I’m happy with this purchase.
