I purchased the wall mount option that folds down for use. It is a fantastic design in my spall space — I installed it on the wall above my sewing table fold it down when I need it then flip it up out of the way when I’m done. There was not much for instructions and I confess it took me forever to find the lever that unlatches it to fold it up. But once I figured everything out it’s easy to use and secure.There are 2 negatives one major and one minor. The minor one is that the springs are a bit too springy — the board ‘bounces’ when I’m ironing. It would be perfect if it were more solidly in place when folded down. But this is livable.The major issue is that the polyester cover is crap. Within a couple months of usage it was scorching. The polyfill padding has fused to the underside of the cover and when I was investigating this the cover tore in that spot. It’s basically scorched right through.I’ve had it for less than 6 months and it’s now almost unusably scorched. The scorched area is brown stiff and thinned out.I’m ordering a replacement cover (from another brand) and hopefully it will fit and will last longer. Of course an ironing board cover won’t last forever but this level of scorching this quickly just means it’s not made from a “heat resistant” material at all. This material should not be used for an ironing surface.

I bought some heavy duty drywall anchors to secure this. Works great for small space.

When looking for an ironing board to hang on the wall; we noticed there were two sizes. Measured first and got the correct size. It looks good works great and I love it!
