Bought this iron to replace an older more powerful one which are hard to find these days. Anyways thought this would be a basic replacement and it is. Good heat output with continuous steam nice long cord and the colour is also good. Does what an iron should do although if you need a lot more heat then go with something more powerful as even on the last 3 dot steam setting it’s not going to be as hot (for comparison this is 2400W and my old one was 2700W). Initially took a bit of time to get going and output some steam but leave it on the last setting and it’ll do a good job with bulkier items like jeans. Anything less and you’ll find it difficult to get creases out.Compact size and weight makes light work of clothes on the ironing board so a good investment and considering the price not bad! Water tank is decent size if you’re using the steam function and easy to store – would have appreciated some cord wrap/storage facility but you get what you pay for. You could probably travel with this iron too since its not too big. Soleplate is non-stick which is good and in a way the lowered power rating means you won’t get it stuck to your clothes!

Good iron for the price very light and smooth. I however have a couple of niggles it’s quite hard to see the water level with the dark base . The water inlet is a bad design as you have to keep the iron flat and pour the water in at an angle not very easy!!

I expected this iron to come with at least the same functionality as the previous Russell Hobbs Breeze iron I used as it was more expensive than the one I had before.However I had to realise that when turning up to more than 2* the steam comes on automatically. This means I have lesser variability with how I can use this iron. Sometimes I would like to use very hot but no steam.Also the hottest temperature I can set on it seems a lot less hot than on my previous iron so it takes a lot longer to get the slightest crinkle out.The steam function on it seems also comparatively weak.The colour however is nice and it is easy to use.

I like the mulberry colour and the grooves on the hot plate. It has lots of grooves especially near the pointy end which I wanted because I use it mainly for ironing seams open for my sewing projects and I wanted an iron that can handle some fine work. It’s not extremely lightweight but it doesn’t feel heavy either. It’s ok weight wise even for a person with carpal tunnel syndrome like me. The best part is it produces a lot of steam as you use it! You don’t have to press any buttons to release steam as I had to do with older models. This one is a steam queen:)) I love it. Very satisfying to use:)

This is a great iron irons well and heats up quickly. I have a problem with my wrists and this is so much easier to use. Water level is hard to see as its a dark colour however if you use the little jug that comes with it you know exactly how much to put in. I think its great
